SENATE BILL NO. 294 An Act relating to the possession of                       
concealed handguns and to concealed handgun permits was read the

Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the               
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 2854.           
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 294(JUD) was                         
adopted and read the second time.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
